10 day average shouldn't be too much of a hit, AFAIK.
Also they should be fully funded for the projects we actually care about, this would be for their gold play. I don't see this as being a large CR, and therefor not a large impact to the SP, in fact it might rally depending on the amount of dilution and the price. I'd guess around 3.0c - 3.2c
