I sound very negative, but I actually see this as a positive over all.
If they raise $3m / 100m shares +/- depending on the CR price, that will leave LRS totally funded for all projects and overheads for at least 12months +.
even an extra 100m shares will still leave only 1.1m shares on offer, which is much lower then most other companies in the same space and we are fully funded with only good news to come
