The deal to build various Data Centers with Silent Partners Group is a real biggy for EDE & EdenCrete.
Silent Partners has no assets and no employees (except Dale). it has never built anything and has no apparent expertise in data centres. It was basically booted out of Scandinavia after an expose. It lists multiple commercial partners on it's website who have never mentioned any relationship with SPG.
IMO the SPG deal is totally worthless.
Therefore, GS must be very confident that the first of these Data Centers will indeed be built in 2021.
GS is always very confident.about the future based on the wildly optimistic sales predictions in past announcements. However nothing much ever eventuates.
