    Imho, included in the post was extracts from the broker report behind the CR offer?
    So good stuff imho.
    It is interesting that EDE still highlight the data centre contract, when they r aware of the talk around the parties involved. So EDE must still be confident.
    One positive about the CR is it will dilute the board' grip a little.
    I wonder if board will participate?
    If so, a bit poor if no other retail s/h get same opportunity?
