I thought that ASIC also monitored these things. Recently I had to sign a statuary declaration to certify that a vehicle, sign written with the company logo and featured in a prospectus, was an actual vehicle owned by the company before we could release the prospectus.
Will Silent Partners stay silent or actually make useful noises in the next year. Something smells fishy but that may be just because I have been fishing and the bait is a bit rosy due to the hot day. Interesting times ahead. Watch this space.
