"As has been discussed many times before, EDE produce long tangled MWCNT, not the long straight CNT discussed in this paper. The MWCNT-7 is similar to asbestos due to it's rigid morphology and is the only CNT that has been shown to maybe cause problems."
Crocidolite (white asbestos) is no more dangerous than talcum powder. Yet the authorities is most countries have still banned it because it is 'asbestos'. H&S regulators are very unlikely to distinguish between straight and curly MWCNT.

The problem is exposure to CNT in manufacturing. One successful lawsuit by an ambulance chaser and the CNT business is in major trouble.
