You just don't get it. It is all about perceived hazards. The legal system (particularly juries) isn't going to distinguish between safe and unsafe CNT or whether it is unincorporated or not. Safe crocidolite (white asbestos) was banned alongside the unrelated but deadly blue and brown forms. Fibrous cement sheeting is almost treated like nuclear waste despite being perfectly safe.
If an ambulance chasing No Win No Fee law firm gets an idea about CNT compensation in the future there will be hell to pay.
