Would be great to see broker reports next weeks to see who was responsible for the massive dump on Thursday. I am guessing brokers, and although I don't think TSO will be silly enough to give the CR to the broker responsible for the dumping of shares to reduce the CR price, I would bet said broker was in the know and was working in cohoots.
No problems with the CR or the timing, once the market sniffs the possibility of a CR you just stagnate for weeks, and any good news is suppressed.
