Very impressive stealth work my friend.

A $2M SPP preceded by a placement of up to $20M.
I believe the SPP will mean an offer to existing SH @.27 cents per share up to the annual ASX limited cap of $30,000 per holder.
At least the SPP will not impact on our 25% placement cap (ASX Listing rule 7.2 Exemption 5).
My estimate....476M shares currently on issue, up to 74M shares issued here to placement holders ($20M/.27cps) and just over 7.4M shares to retail ($2M/.27cps)...that means approx 557.4M shares after the issue. This means we have used approx 15.5% of our placement capacity (74M/476M) meaning we still have just under 10% available for later next year.

All of the above subject to confirmation next week of course....just food for thought in the meantime. :
