I have 1000 VRL in 2 x 500 share holdings from the days when VRL used to issue a book of shareholder discount tickets each year.
Will be very glad to see the back of these, I voted last week to talk option A which is $3 a share. Option A cuts the Kirbys out of voting.
The shares I have are with a broker I no longer use and in 2 names. So getting bought out will clear up that mess... hopefully. Cinemas especially after COVID-19 are a bit like owning airline shares in my opinion. Richard Branson once said if you are a Billionaire and want to become a millionaire, buy an airline.
