I think if it is true and 10+ Million was indeed raised, the SP will jump, most likely to 22 cents even without a ground breaking revelation. If it’s a ground breaking announcement, SP would be high 20’s-30’s
I know people are saying 14c is as 10% discount to the SP currently but just the fact that there are institutions/individuals who want to put down 10+ million in what is still a small market company is all the validation we need.
Anyway, all speculation here, really hope it’s $10 million and not 10 million shares
