While things are heating up he decides to do a capital raising at this low price. This goes to show lack of confidence in their product. If they had more confidence they could of waited for share price to increase and then announce a capital raise but clearly they aren't confident and are desperate.
I just received a call from Sholom last week and I asked about capital raising and was told not in near future and a week later look what we have! Absolutely disgusted!
