I don't exactly remember the date of the float nor the details. I didn't take any stock in the IPO and I've left the CR alone. I just thought I would post some details for other holders rather than the usual guesswork that ends up on some the threads that turns into a bit of conspiracy theory etc.. sounds like you are all over the details on this one. The last deal sheet I posted was removed so I just put the basic stuff up now.
