@Dazedandconfused that's exactly what I was thinking but don't see any harm getting it out of the way now and then we are set on a clear path forward. Also interested to see ALK involvement, they took that decent stake increase in GMD on its recent raise maybe same here?

@pablo2 no 110mil is not enough, see recent HC posts and recent Crux interview.... and no we don't want a takeover unless its double+ the current SP otherwise we are just throwing easy gains over the next 12-15 months right out the door
