I am not overly excited about the price.
The SP has on average, been around $0.60 for the past 5 months.... which means a discount 17%.
I still think they should have simply undertake the raise the day they announced the Blue Spec acquisition.
Though of course, its a done deal. Interesting to see that ALK is only taking up $1m worth.
The size of the raising is pleasing. They will be fully funded... like, actually fully funded, versus the plethora of companies that state this, then raise more. Especially when you include the Blue Spec deal changed payment plan.

Interesting that the SPP is not underwritten, a little unusual. Not sure why...

Will be interesting to see if the SPP is filled. I have kept a good amount of capital on the side, for this event, but... unless sentiment picks up dramatically, the SP will likely drift down to the $0.50 (not an issue for LT holders).
