This is a strange one for me - unless this CR is at a premium the market price, im not sure why they are doing it, they had heaps of money on hand last quarterly and are due 1.7million for a R&D refund this qtr - so they hardly needed to raise funds.
This actually could be a potential positive announcement - and i also notice that a related party is involved in part of the raise.
So stay tuned.
