Buying on open here is always a mistake, price gets dumped down and insiders cash up a little more each time, If its a binding contract, with money going straight to HCT and not funnelled off into sub-sids, that would be the exception, im expecting some sort of worthless MOU followed by excsuses and blame shifting about there under performance, This company will only ever succeed if the egos at the top step down, your ok at research we get it..... you suck at sales and marketing, So are you planning to give shareholders a happy christmas Rajen ? Or will you continue to play the grinch which you have done so welll at all year .
