The CR raise price has to be credible & bear some relationship to company earnings. How do you burn your major investors? Try a cap raise at the top of market pump, at an unrealistic, unsustainable SP. If the appetite for ECS is still out there in the market it wont matter what the CR price is, buyers will come back in for the stock, the SP will keep going up and all you sooks will make your money.
