Generally the sentiment here is that MSB has a very strong mgmt, self-serving also (SI has I think made more out of MSB than anyone in both cash and shares) but at least pushing on many fronts with impressive capital raises.
The issue often discussed here, once these trials are complete and should they be successful, that MSB still doesn't have their manufacturing sorted, both in terms of adequate potency and consistency flagged by the FDA and MSB's need to develop new technologies (the development of which has been unsuccessful for 7 years) to increase scale. Note, Novatis saying we'll move ahead and pump in a lot of cash if you develop the tech doesn't mean it will be developed.

I personally think CYP should have raised more in the past so they'd be in a position to move forward on more applications. My hope and expectation is that this raise is for applications in addition to OA (externally funded where we have full commercial rights), GvHD (funded by Fuji where we get a revenue cut), CLI, ARDS, and Sepsis (funded by cash in bank), CRS and diabetic wounds (I hoping Rasko's website wasn't an error and he'll go ahead with these using both govt and Li Ka Shing's money). Re should MSB get ARDS approval first that would mean that CYP will not proceed, that is rubbish, just look at GvHD (in addition CYP trials had positive results for the entire population not just a subset). If two companies are offering a treatment for the same disease it comes down to whether one is more effective and/or less expensive. If CYP gets the same result in phase 2 GvHD as it did in phase 1, do you really think that the existing market targeted by MSB (ie Japan) will see the MSB product as a more attractive option?

Elvis, one thing is for sure,

its going to take a lot of time and money to prove it....10 years minimum...IMO

in the mean while MSB will have progressed to the new technology and IP...

The problem, IMO, with CYP is, they are too late in the game...and they will continue to milk investors till the cows come home....
