Yep, that would be a big raising, possibly 300 million shares or thereabouts - huge dilution for current shareholders.
Perhaps there is something I'm not getting right here, I thought they had access to $100 million of financing by Sprott, and yet Sprott is helping with this raising.
I'm not sure what's going on.
