Always a need to raise I thought about $80-90m, this is a bit more. Optimisation study showed capex has risen some $20-30m, grade and recoveries a tad lower, 13 year mine life. Dilution is a concern for existing shareholders, but value at 42c. Friends of Petra and Sprott to do well.
