A capital raising via the issue of ordinary fully paid shares (“New Shares”) in the Company, consisting of:a placement to raise up to approximately A$25.0 million via the issue of approximately 3.8 million shares in accordance with ASX Listing Rules 7.1 (“Placement”). subsequent to the Placement, the Company also intends to conduct a share purchase plan to be capped at approximately $5 million to eligible MVP shareholders at A$6.50 per New Share. The Company may use its discretion to increase or reduce the cap. (“SPP”).
