TRADING HALT REQUEST
MUSGRAVE MINERALS LIMITED
Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Musgrave Minerals Limited (ASX: MGV) (“the Company”)
requests an immediate trading halt in its securities.
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises that:
 the trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement in relation to a
capital raising;
 the Company requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the
Company releasing an announcement to the market regarding the proposed capital
raising and the commencement of trade on Monday 14 December 2020; and
 the Company is not aware of any reason as to why the trading halt should not be
granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading
halt.
