Harry. This is not the case in junior explorers. They have no source of cashflow other than capital raisings, or they run out of cash inevitably which makes CR's inevitable and a standard part of doing business in this sector. There is no other pathway to success but via a CR - whether it is to define a resource that can then be put into production or to attract a takeover - that is the exit strategy. In other words, we suffer discounted CR's to obtain a multi-bagger. It's a risky strategy, but if you want it another way then junior explorers is the wrong market to put the dosh.
