I think we understand dilution. But for speculative stocks like prospectors they are a fact of life and should be expected. dilution is better than running out of $$ or a bargain basement takeover. this is why speculative investments should research the management as much as the fundamentals of the business. this management seems ok in my eyes. the gold is to a certain extent proven. The rest is a bit like rolling the dice at the moment.
