Harry The very reason the sharemarket exists is so that companies can raise funds. This is critically important for exploration co's as its by far their largest source of funding. This is Investing 101 - if you don't like it, may I suggest you don't invest in the sharemarket and certainly not in exploration stocks. The funds are required for drilling, development etc and without the funds we will become moribund and die a slow death like various other small explorers on the ASX.
