Have a look at the Change if Directors interest notice dated 27/11/20. You will see that Rob Waugh has options issued over the last 3 years - some have strike $0.1275, then $0.1045 then the $0.93 ones. As I say, it's a routine practice. The older ones are at a much lower strike price since at the time of issue the MGV share price was only around $0.07
