so the pending announcement is FMS' response to an ASX "speeding ticket", which usually relates to an abnormal increase on SP and volume - without FMS having made any announcement, such announcement being behind the increase in SP and volume.
London-to-a-brick, that FMS will explain it away as being in response to the increase in price of iron ore, maybe some progress by BBIG.
But, FMS is required to release any material information in the ordinary course of business.
So if they come out with serious news about PIOP, BBIG or the Chinese participation, then we should be asking "how come we did not here about this earlier"???
