I wonder it was ASX needed few days to review the approval or denial of the patent as it entered trading halt. If that is a denial of the patent there will be no need for ASX to review for extra few days, it just doesnt make sense.(ASX has never been shy of approving bad announcement without trading halt). So my guess this will very likely to be a SP positve announcement.
