I asked them about the 20% limit when a stock goes ballistic, as PLS has. It does not matter what the percentage is after you buy the stock, it could raise to 50% of your total, you do not need to sell any (rebalance), you just can’t buy anyone. Now whether this affects the share offer I am not sure, will wait and see, hopefully I can buy them, but if not, I am not selling down my holding just to buy the 1 for 7 offer and gift the tax man.
