Still stuck in denial phase or passing on to anger....
I don´t see any way this is deemed anti competitive. And apart from the Altura shareholders and unsecured creditors everybody seems happy with this deal. And I don´t see a competing offer emerging either. It doesn´t make sense for anybody as much as for Pilbara. The AJM BOD had an eternity to get the money to refinance and did not manage. Why should it be suddenly successful now.
This deal is good for:
WA
the industry
most workers keep their jobs
assets fall to an Australian company that suddenly becomes a major player (which it was going to be later anyway)
All IMo of course. (I have shares in AJM and PLS)
