When the agreement over the way the border would be mined PLS and AJM were on friendly terms, anyone else coming in would not get the same friendly agreement. It wont happen PLS are in the best position.
Then there is the big shed in Port Hedland how would that work with any new hostile neighbour.
Just some of the small practical problems .
