What some of the vocal LT holders can't grasp is that Hopper intends to use SUD as a shell company to launch new products. He tried once already but encountered a problem with the ASX . Had that deal gone through, SUD would now be worth between 20 and 30 cents.
Baker has been recruited because Hopper believes that he is good at what he does.. Why would Baker bother leaving his previous employment to be CEO of a failed company with limited resources? Not a good look on his cv considering his young age.
I would hazard a guess to say that Hopper promised him a golden future if he came aboard. Being a proud and successful entrepreneur, Hopper will want to make good his promise. Baker rings this guy on weekends, which shows he is committed. Hopper mentioned baker's resolve at the AGM.
They are there to make money, a lot of money and the silly notion that they are there solely to line their pockets with shareholders funds is ridiculous and petty.
I intend to support the CR raisings and watch Hopper work his magic.
