Capital raise for Downer

“The Company requests an immediate trading halt pending the release of an announcement in relation to an acquisition and a proposed capital raising (comprising a placement and entitlement of ordinary shares on a pro rata basis to existing shareholders);

2. The trading halt is to last until the earlier of the Company releasing the announcement, or the commencement of trading on Wednesday 16th December 2020; and
3. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.”
