Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1, Talga Group Ltd (“the Company”) requests a trading halt in
respect of the ordinary shares of the Company (ASX: TLG) commencing immediately.
For the purposes of ASX listing rule 17.1, the Company provides the following information:
1. The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by the Company regarding a capital
