There will be a story to this CR beyond provisioning for the usual Chinese New Year drop in February, 2021.
Management have consistently demonstrated an appetite for growth, so this CR will probably be the basis of a cash war chest to fund future vertical acquisitions.
Capital raisings are rarely good for the share price, so expect a solid dip pre Xmas. This also happened 2 or 3 years ago at roughly the same time. I will be interested to learn how much the existing major stakeholders will support the company,
The business will succeed or fail on its new online strategy. This is a real punt for all holders. If it succeeds, it will be a 5 -Disallowed. If it fails, it will not be without trying. COVID-19 changed the retail strategy of Aumake forever. The new strategy will advance sales to a new level or quickly kill the company.
2021 is shaping up to be (another) very interesting year.
