    They are certainly buying up but from personal experience this is a pretty ordinary network. I don't know if that was due the limits out in place by Telstra or NBN but when I rented in a velocity area for a while it was woeful. the upside for the share price is that I am pretty sure NBN is blocked from these areas so there is no other choice but to buy from them.
