Upcoming tender- Vic govt would take into account the benefits to the local economy and the money behind those tendering.
However I wonder if they take into consideration tax payable to the Commonwealth?
CYL would be able to pay tax on earnings if Henty is profitable and they get up and running into production with their Vic assets.....and sooner than others. Other tenderers might have too much expenditure committed elsewhere.Then there’s Kirkland Lake.
Another random thought is could they award more than one block to a single entity?
Gotta say I won’t be disappointed if CYL don’t get awarded a block however I don’t think the market will be impressed.
