This announcement appears to have caught MSB unawares given the rushed pause in trading first, and then the prepared trading halt for a corporate update. Whatever the announcement it does not appear planned hence I suspect the FDA have dropped something after trading hours which required an immediate pause. Good or bad is unclear.
