The type A result is due by today from FDA. Management has allready given its feelings that the outcome is most likely a negative one

As someone else pointed out, the meeting is probably about the result, and the road forward through dispute resolution which the company has said nothing about yet apart from they are prepared for it.

They will probably spell out what the FDA decision was, justify why they have grounds to dispute the decision, highlight a previous successful resolution and mention the time limits involved ( If there are any )

They probably will re emphasise the 60% mortality reduction with more or different context.

It probably is the bad news we knew we had to have today.
