So are you saying you think that's the reason for the halt? Because we already had a trading halt for the CRL, and Type A meeting, about which SI specifically said "Doesn't look good, we expect we will have to go through dispute resolution."
We ALL expect that the FDA won't change it's mind - so why a trading halt for the nothingburger of news that the Type A meeting was unsuccessful? I think they would just get that out ASAP to work past any SP impact. They would be foolish to build up expectation like this with a TH and then kill us with heavily-expected bad news (okay, with their Comms team, I admit, this might happen...).
