I've taken a look at the reason given in MSB trading halt anns for the last couple of years:
Oct 2019 - proposed financing
May 2020 - proposed equity financing
Aug 2020 - upcoming meeting of ODAC
Oct 2020 - BLA review
Yesterday - corporate update
They were reasonably specific previously. Also no trading pauses previously as they dropped before or after market. This feels different - good different or bad different is the (literal) million dollar question.
I'll take a guess and say they received advice from FDA or DSMB regarding rem-l covid trial. The delay will be the result of consultation with Novartis, who now have a big stake in the outcome and will want to be consulted.
