Yes and if your CEO of a big pharma and know damn well your not currently not in the loop with msb, how do you get in the loop?
You get your lawyers to draft a letter to msb company secretary that you intend to make an offer for the company and are currently doing due diligence and request a meeting.
Msb must impose a trading halt in case it leaks however don't have any information for shareholders until after the meeting so as to gain information and guage seriousness of the offer.
Now if there are a couple thinking same thing, J&J ? Tasly? Novartis? Ect..... Wow!

I think I'm correct in writing worldwide CHF market is currently the biggest multi $billion market opportunity msb has on it's books so if there is no bidding war for msb now, will we ever see one?
