realistically given the large cash reserves they had and seeing how they have depleted with little return makes one wonder how the company is being managed.
personally i have not been happy with the non-transparent way things have been done and the lack of alignment of the bonuses/kpi's as against the SP - that IMO should be a must rather than giving bonuses on unknown KPI's - lack of reporting on the hexima J/V few years back etc etc.
they had a shipload of cash and now depleted to such an extent that CR required.
so what is the current situation?.
i had an inkling that the last couple of days of trading (low amounts) was to support the SP for the CR - but had thought it would be in Q1 2021 rather than now - so that indicates to me things not going to well financially.
personally i won't be buying into this but am sure that the two largest SH's will continue the support.
lets see what the dilution factor will be.
so the ANN's re: agreements for "marketing services" for the generics bascially worthless until the drugs are commercially available - and that depends on FDA does it not? so royalties won't roll in until when?.
and then we have a market full of generics to compete against so marketing will be tough IMO - so will be interesting to see how the "marketers" are to approach this and how much they are willing to throw at it before they call it quits. time will tell.
persoanlly i was always concerned after eli that they started to chase generics - was a quick way to commercialise whats already there in effect but that is not turning out as expected from a time frame perspective. and also indicated to me anyway that they had no other exclusive product on board. geez will have to relook at the financials to see where they have spent all the dough they had - and it was substantial.
