    I don't know anymore than anyone else. But we all know that there has been a drought of news with respect to the FDA - which is outside of ACR's control. It's only a matter of time before this drought breaks - good news or bad. If this CR raising comes with the announcement of a positive development (if), then the participation option (in the CR) may be worth substantially more than the current price.

    But I do not know anymore than anyone else.
