From what I've read so far LCM and Rev have been buying their gear from China. Europe only produces about 1000t's of magnets per year but consumes 12500T's so very little is being made in house.
I've also tried to find RE miners in Europe but haven't been able to locate one...lots of Coal ect but no RE.
