I cant find anything else that offers this kind of value in terms of risk vs reward and no wonder new holders agree and are happy to stump up additional funds.
Sub $5m market cap, fantastic capital structure and
$2.9m EV - for that you get:
1) High Grade Gold & Copper targets in the same area/structure as BHP's Escondida mine (5 billion tonnes @ 1% copper and 0.25g/t gold) and next to the Lindero Gold Project (2.2moz). Drilling to start in the new year with the previous sample results below.
2) Nickel exposure in Australia through a JV with RIO. The Pink Slipper target looks extremely promising to say the least ("once in a century target")
3) A JORC Lithium resource.
4) A stated goal of acquiring new projects. Having only 34m shares with no debt/con notes will make PNN extremely attractive.
Given how close this raise is to the last heavily oversubscribed one, I would be very surprised if a new project/acquisition is not on the cards.
Either way I think the current price will look extremely cheap in the near future - lets see!
