If it had then BNL would have been obliged to release that information to the markets as a material event. Why would you even say that when they are releasing news on new land leases? Makes little sense.
Beginning to wonder why all the negative comments are coming lately - though I suppose with news imminent that would see the SP jump, it would be of interest for some to keep the SP subdued.
