How much do you think they will raise and a what price
Now theres 5.9m shares outstanding a with a market cap of $22m
They wouldn't do a raising for less than $3m and the broker usually makes a killing so Im thinking they will raise $4m at $3.50 or about 20% dilution . probably end up with 7 m - 8 million on offer
8m shares at $3.50 gives us a market cap of $28m , not too bad but I want to see max participation and a few lines in the next release saying they will all be contributing to their company !!!
