The ceo and board are very incompetent at running a company imo. They've made so many mistakes and in terms of running it as a listed entity, they have no idea and the brokers run amok on it
I can see brokers trading it all day long. The 5000 sell order is a broker and there's no run up in the price before this announcement
Absolute duds running it.
